Vitamin D deficiency is a big problem of the 21st century!

Why is vitamin D so important?
• It regulates about 4.5 thousand human genes.
• Obesity is 99% because of its deficiency in the body.
• It affects the processes of the metabolism, cardiovascular system, general immunity, mental health, fights inflammation and protects against cancer.

Traditional knowledge about vitamin D is associated with its role in calcium-phosphorus metabolism and the effect on bone mineral density. However, recently, ideas about it have changed significantly. It is recognized that, once in the body, it is stored in the liver, and, after a complex chain of transformations, it begins to affect almost every cell in the body, like most other steroid hormones. Vitamin D is recognized as a key hormone of reproduction, quality of life and longevity.

In fact, the term "Vitamin D" is a whole group of vitamins! These are D2, D3, D4, D5 and D6. Of the whole group, the most important for humans are D2 (ergocalciferol) and D3 (cholecalciferol). The first comes to us only from food, the second is also synthesized in the skin under the influence of class B rays, produced from cholesterol.

Now it’s clear why the signs of vitamin D deficiency intensify in the spring - obesity, hypertension, mental disorders, etc.

To get the necessary dose of sun for health, you need to sunbathe in clothes in an upright position for at least 3 hours, and in a bathing suit for at least half an hour. At the same time, if you use a tanning cream, depending on its SPF level, you either will not receive the required dose or you will not receive it at all.

In fact, Russia and Europe are above the 35th parallel cycle, and this is the vitamin winter zone, i.e. here the sun falls in such a way that vitamin D is practically not synthesized in the skin.

The most famous symptom of vitamin D deficiency is rickets. This is a bone disease that is prevalent mainly in children. However, vitamin D hypovitaminosis provokes osteoporosis, obesity, the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, dementia, and autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis. In addition, vitamin D deficiency is associated with reduced life expectancy.

For a long time, extremely low doses of vitamin D were prescribed, and that was because of the belief that it had toxic effects. Even now, in provincial clinics, doses of 200-500 IU are prescribed. But a lot of research in the leading clinics of the world suggests that taking 2,000 IU of vitamin D per day reduces the risk of developing type 1 diabetes by 78%, the risk of cancer by 70%. With severe hypovitaminosis, doses of 5000 IU or more are prescribed.

It would seem that we could just buy vitamin D in large doses, and drink it. But it is not that simple. It is necessary to take into account the condition of the gastrointestinal tract, as fat-soluble vitamin D must be absorbed, and if the functions of the gastrointestinal tract are reduced, then you will get the minimum. Also, drinking alcohol reduces the level of vitamins in the body in general, and vitamin D in particular. And you may simply not have enough nutrients - synergists, biological substances that increase the importance of vitamin D.

Vitamin C is a classic synergist of vitamin D. Vitamins B1 and B6 are also necessary for the activation of vitamin D in our body. That is, pure vitamin D will not solve the problem associated with a deficiency of vitamin D.

Well and most importantly, in synthetic vitamins, even isolated from natural products, there are no necessary components that help these vitamins to be absorbed. That is, artificial vitamins are of no value and, at best, are simply excreted from the body.

Therefore, whatever one may say, we need natural organic vitamin complexes. And it’s great that they are, also very tasty.

It's time to add Delixir “Multi-Energy” to your diet!

It contains vitamin D in combination with all the synergists necessary for its absorption, as well as minerals and amino acids.

15 ml once a day after meals - a dose for prevention, and 2 times a day - to correct the situation with severe hypovitaminosis. Of course, consider the features of your body, for example, with hypertension, it is better not to increase the dosage. And always drink Delixir with a large glass of water.

Be healthy!
